Was excited to get this in time for christmas for my granddaughter, but it doesn't work. Tried everything including changing batteries. Husband accidentally threw out receipt because we have never had any problems with Amazon before, so now I can't return it either.

did not work! THE PAGES DID NOT GO WITH THE RECORDING SO I RE DID 10 TIMES AND STILL DID NOT WORK. EVEN THE RECORDING THAT WAS SENT WITH THE BOOK WAS OUT OF WACK WITH THE PAGES. I WILL BUY FROM HALLMARK FROM NOW ON.

I bought 2 of the Frosty books. Easy to record, but didn't work when I gave them to my grandson. The first one quit working ever time he moved the book. The second on when he opened it to read it was stuck on one page. Next time will pay for the ones from Hallmark.

This book has wonderful reading, sound effects, etc -- so that until you can get to recording it, it is useful immediately (or you may want to also let your young reader enjoy the pre-recording for awhile and then you can freshen the book up with your own recording). Hope this helps.

I bought this for my Grandchildren for Christmas. It was easy to use and has the music throughout the book and allows you to sing "Frosty the Snowman" accompanied by music at the end of the book. My Grandson Loves this book.
